** IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION** - Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipment / delivery to the following postcode areas: IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40,PH50, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61, PA62-PA76, PA77, PA78, PH41-PH44. All HS and all ZE postcodes along with areas within the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. There will be extra delivery charges applicable, You may contact us prior to purchase or once you will purchase the goods you ll be contacted by customer service staff to take payment for delivery. Rest of the UK is free standard delivery.

Check your delivery

When you receive delivery of your goods, please check the quantity and products you have received. We recommend you complete a full check of all the packaging. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition and undamaged.

 At ebathroomstore we offer a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify us immediately and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we can.
